Our pool is 30 years old and it was in dire need of repair. It needed the beam redone, new tiles, new plaster, and the coping needed to be redone. Tom was respectful, courteous, and kind. He explained the process thoroughly and always kept us updated, so we always knew what was happening. The work crew was very respectful and seemed to have a very good work ethic. We are very happy with the work and service S & S Spas provided. We highly recommend this company, it was a great experience.

We had lots of options for tile, etc., but S & S was a breeze to work with to make sure that everything not only looked good, but came in at our budget. The work crew that came out was polite and quick at their jobs, and very thorough. We did have a wait at some point because of weather — rain can do that, I suppose! — but they were back at it as soon as possible. Our pool looks as good as new (great, for a multi-decade old structure!) and we’re delighted with the outcome. Hopefully we’re set for a while now, but if we have pool issues in the future, we know who we’re going to call!
